Goods of appropriate quality are all items that: have not been used, have retained their commercial properties, and have seals, tags, original packaging, and documents that were delivered with the goods.

Who bears the cost of return shipping?

The return or exchange of defective goods is processed using the details provided in the delivery document at the time of receipt.
Who bears the cost of return/exchange of defective goods?
In the case of defective goods, we bear the delivery costs in both directions.
